The Tikkun-Kintsugi Way
90-Day Affirmation Deck
Daily practices for repairing your vessels and mastering the Law of Assumption
Your Journey Begins
This 90-day affirmation deck integrates the Law of Assumption from Neville Goddard via Abdullah, Kabbalistic Tikkun (vessel repair), the Sefirot framework, and I AM consciousness into a transformative daily practice.
01
Foundation (Days 1-30)
Diagnosis and awareness of your vessels
02
Healing (Days 31-60)
Tikkun and repair of broken vessels
03
Mastery (Days 61-90)
Embodiment and living from the end
Each card contains one exclusive daily affirmation, specific practice instructions, the spiritual principle behind it, and visual symbolism to enhance your journey.
Cycle One: Foundation
Awakening to Consciousness
Days 1-30
This foundational cycle guides you through awakening to your true nature as consciousness itself. You'll diagnose your broken vessels, understand the seven Sefirot, and learn core principles of manifestation.
The journey begins with recognizing yourself as divine creative power, not a limited human seeking power from outside.
What You'll Discover
  • Your identity as consciousness
  • The observer vs. the observed
  • States vs. circumstances
  • Your vessels and their condition
  • The seven Sefirot framework
Day 1: The Awakening
I AM consciousness itself, the creative power of the universe
How to Practice
Sit quietly for 5 minutes. Close your eyes. Place your hand on your heart. Say the affirmation aloud three times, feeling the truth of it. Don't try to believe it—simply state it as fact.
Why It Matters
This is the foundational truth: You are not a limited human trying to access divine power—you ARE divine power expressing through human form. Without this foundation, all techniques are built on sand.
Day 2: The Observer
I AM the witness of my thoughts, not the thoughts themselves
Practice Throughout Your Day
Pause every hour when your timer rings. Notice your thoughts without judgment. Say silently: "I see this thought, but I am not this thought. I AM the awareness that witnesses." Practice this 8-10 times today.
The Power of Witnessing
Most people are identified with their thoughts, believing "I think, therefore I am." But you are the consciousness that witnesses thoughts. This distinction gives you power to choose which thoughts to entertain and which to release—the beginning of mental mastery.
Day 3: The Choice
I AM the chooser of my states, not a victim of circumstances
1
Victim Consciousness
Life happens TO me. Circumstances define my state. I am reactive and powerless.
2
Creator Consciousness
Life happens FROM me. I choose my state. My state creates circumstances.
When something "negative" happens today, pause. Say: "This circumstance does not define me. I AM the chooser of my state." Then consciously choose how you want to feel. Practice choosing your state at least 3 times today.
Day 4: The Vessel
I AM a vessel for divine light, and I choose to keep my vessel clear
This introduces the Kabbalistic concept of vessels (Kelim). You are a vessel designed to channel divine creative power. When the vessel is clear, manifestation flows effortlessly. When it's blocked or broken, manifestation is distorted.
Morning Practice
Visualize yourself as a vessel. Imagine divine light flowing through you. Notice where the flow feels blocked or restricted.
Evening Practice
Say the affirmation while imagining the vessel becoming clear and open. Feel the light flowing freely.
Day 5: The Diagnosis
I AM willing to see where my vessel is broken, without judgment
Journal Practice
Sit with your journal. Ask: "Where am I blocking my own manifestations?" Write whatever comes without censoring. Look for patterns: harsh self-judgment, unworthiness, fear, doubt.
Say the affirmation, holding compassion for yourself as you witness your blocks.
Why Diagnosis Matters
Most people avoid looking at their blocks because they fear what they'll find. But diagnosis without judgment is essential. You can't repair what you won't acknowledge.
This affirmation creates the safety to look honestly at your broken vessels, knowing that seeing them is the first step to healing them.
The Seven Vessels
Understanding the Sefirot
The Kabbalistic Tree of Life contains seven emotional/relational Sefirot (vessels) that channel divine creative power into manifestation. When these vessels are intact, manifestation flows naturally. When broken, they create specific blocks.
Chesed
Unconditional love and giving
Gevurah
Strength and boundaries
Tiferet
Harmony and integration
Netzach
Victory and persistence
Hod
Humility and inner knowing
Yesod
Foundation and imagination
Malkuth
Physical manifestation
Day 6: Chesed - The Vessel of Love
I AM worthy of unconditional love, simply because I exist
The Practice
Place both hands on your heart. Feel your heartbeat. Say the affirmation slowly, letting each word sink in. Notice any resistance. If you feel "but I need to earn love," acknowledge it and repeat the affirmation. Practice for 5 minutes.
Broken Chesed
When this vessel is broken, you believe love must be earned, leading to co-dependency and people-pleasing. You can give love but struggle to receive it.
Repaired Chesed
You know your inherent worthiness. You can both give and receive love freely. If you can't receive love unconditionally, you'll manifest relationships that confirm your unworthiness.
Day 7: Gevurah - The Vessel of Strength
I AM strong enough to hold boundaries without harsh judgment
Power and Gentleness
Stand in a power pose (feet wide, hands on hips or raised). Say the affirmation with strength and conviction. Then soften your stance and say it again with gentleness. Notice the difference. Practice both versions 3 times each.
The Balance
Gevurah is the vessel of strength, boundaries, and discernment. When broken, it becomes harsh judgment and criticism of self or others. You can be strong without being harsh. You can hold boundaries without attacking.
Broken Gevurah is one of the most common blocks—you sabotage success because you don't feel "good enough."
Day 8: Tiferet - The Vessel of Harmony
I AM whole, integrated, and balanced in all aspects of my being
Tiferet is the central Sefirah—the vessel of harmony and integration. It balances all the other vessels. When broken, you feel fragmented, pulled in different directions, unable to integrate different parts of yourself.
Visualization Practice
Sit comfortably. Imagine six colored lights (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) converging at your heart center. As they meet, they create brilliant gold light.
Integration
Say the affirmation as you visualize this integration. Practice for 7 minutes. A divided consciousness creates divided manifestations.
Day 9: Netzach - The Vessel of Victory
I AM persistent in my vision, without needing to compete or compare
Your Unique Path
Think of a goal you're working toward. Notice if you're comparing yourself to others.
Release Comparison
Say the affirmation while visualizing yourself achieving your goal without reference to anyone else.
Your Victory
Your victory is not about being "better than"—it's about being true to your own vision. Practice this visualization for 5 minutes.
Netzach is the vessel of persistence and victory. When broken, it becomes competition and comparison. Comparison is a manifestation killer because it keeps you in the state of "not enough."
Day 10: Hod - The Vessel of Humility
I AM capable of trusting my own knowing without needing external validation
Revision Practice
Recall a time when you doubted yourself and sought validation from others. Replay the scene, but this time, see yourself trusting your own knowing. Say the affirmation as you visualize this new version. Practice for 5 minutes.
Inner Authority
Hod is the vessel of humility and receptivity. When broken, it becomes self-doubt and need for external validation. If you constantly need others to validate your manifestations, you're giving your power away. True manifestation comes from inner knowing, not outer approval.
Day 11: Yesod - The Vessel of Foundation
I AM grounded in reality while creating with my imagination
Grounding Practice
Stand barefoot if possible. Feel your feet on the ground. Say the affirmation while imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
Reaching Upward
Then imagine your crown opening to the stars. Hold both sensations simultaneously for 5 minutes.
Yesod is the vessel of foundation and imagination. When broken, imagination becomes escapism—you use visualization to avoid reality rather than create it. You must be grounded in present reality while using imagination to create future reality. Ungrounded imagination creates fantasy, not manifestation.
Day 12: Malkuth - The Vessel of Manifestation
I AM worthy of physical abundance and material blessings
Honoring the Physical
Touch something physical—a table, the ground, your body. Feel its solidity. Say the affirmation while feeling the physical world. Affirm that the physical realm is sacred, not inferior.
Spirit in Form
Malkuth is the vessel of physical manifestation. When broken, you reject the physical as "unspiritual," creating spiritual bypassing. You cannot manifest in the physical realm if you're rejecting it.
Day 13: The Recognition
I AM beginning to see the patterns that have blocked my manifestations
This is a checkpoint in the diagnostic process. By now, you should be seeing patterns in your blocks. Recognition is powerful—once you see the pattern, you can't unsee it. This awareness is the beginning of change.
01
Review Your Journey
Look back at your journal entries from Days 5-12. What patterns emerge?
02
Identify Broken Vessels
Which vessel(s) seem most broken? Which affirmations felt most resistant?
03
Write Without Judgment
Write down your observations with compassion. Say the affirmation as you recognize your patterns.
Day 14: The Acceptance
I AM accepting my broken vessels with compassion, knowing they can be repaired
Kintsugi Wisdom
The Japanese art of Kintsugi teaches that broken things, when repaired with gold, become more beautiful than before. Your broken vessels, when repaired with consciousness, become sources of wisdom and power.
Compassionate Practice
Place your hands over your heart. Think of your broken vessel(s). Instead of shame or frustration, feel compassion. Say: "I accept this brokenness. It does not define me. It can be repaired." Repeat the affirmation with deep self-compassion.
Acceptance is not resignation—it's the prerequisite for change. You cannot heal what you're resisting or denying. This affirmation creates the emotional safety needed for deep Tikkun work.
Day 15: The Commitment
I AM committed to the process of repairing my vessels, however long it takes
1
Day 1
Awakening to consciousness
2
Day 30
Foundation complete
3
Day 60
Healing complete
4
Day 90
Mastery embodied
Stand and place your right hand over your heart. Say the affirmation as a vow to yourself. Visualize yourself 90 days from now, vessels repaired, manifesting effortlessly. Commit to the daily practice. Speak it aloud with conviction.
Tikkun takes time—it's not instant. Without commitment, you'll give up when the work gets challenging. This affirmation anchors you in the long-term vision.
Day 16: The Breath
I AM breathing in divine light, breathing out all that no longer serves me
Inhale
Visualize golden light entering your body. Hold for 3 counts. Receive divine consciousness.
Exhale
Visualize grey smoke (old patterns, beliefs, wounds) leaving. Release completely.
Sit comfortably. Repeat this conscious breathing 10 times while saying the affirmation silently with each breath. Breath is the bridge between consciousness and body. Healing happens with every breath—you're constantly releasing the old and receiving the new.
Day 17: The Present
I AM fully present in this moment, the only moment that exists
Most manifestation failures happen because people are living in the past (regret, resentment) or future (worry, hope). But consciousness only exists NOW. The past is a memory in present consciousness. The future is an imagination in present consciousness.
5-Minute Practice
Set a timer. Sit and simply be present. Notice sounds, sensations, breath. When your mind wanders to past or future, gently return to now.
Return to Now
Say the affirmation each time you return to presence. This trains you to anchor in the only moment where creation happens: NOW.
Day 18: The Gratitude
I AM grateful for what is, while creating what will be
Dual Awareness
List 10 things you're grateful for right now. Then list 10 things you're creating. Say the affirmation, holding both lists in your awareness. Feel gratitude for what is AND excitement for what's coming.
The Bridge
You must be grateful for your current reality (acceptance) while simultaneously creating a new reality (assumption). Many people think they must deny current reality to manifest. But denial creates resistance. Gratitude for what is creates the emotional foundation for what will be.
Day 19: The Imagination
I AM using my imagination as the divine creative tool it is
See It
Close your eyes. Imagine something simple (a red apple). See it clearly in your mind's eye.
Feel It
Feel its texture. Notice its weight in your hand. Make it tangible.
Smell It
Smell its fresh scent. Engage all your senses in the imaginal act.
Taste It
Taste its sweetness. Make it REAL in imagination. Practice for 10 minutes.
Abdullah taught that imagination is God's creative power operating through you. When you imagine something with feeling, you're not pretending—you're creating in consciousness, which is the only reality.
Day 20: The Feeling
I AM feeling my desires as already fulfilled, not as future hopes
This is Abdullah's core teaching: "Feeling is the secret." You don't manifest what you think about—you manifest what you FEEL. Feeling is the bridge between consciousness (Yetzirah) and physical reality (Assiyah).
1
Choose a Desire
Select one specific desire to work with
2
Find the Feeling
How would you feel if it were already true?
3
Locate It
Find that feeling in your body right now
4
Amplify It
Make the feeling stronger and more vivid
5
Embody It
Say the affirmation while holding this feeling for 10 minutes
Day 21: The Assumption
I AM assuming the state of my wish fulfilled, regardless of current appearances
Current "Fact"
Identify one "fact" that contradicts your desire (e.g., "I have no money")
Opposite Assumption
Now assume the opposite (e.g., "I AM wealthy"). Hold the assumption despite the fact.
Choose Your State
Say the affirmation, feeling the power of choosing your state over circumstances. Practice for 10 minutes.
This is the Law of Assumption in action. You're not denying current reality—you're choosing to assume a different reality in consciousness. Everything in you will scream "but that's not true!" This affirmation trains you to persist in assumption despite appearances. This is the skill that creates miracles.
Day 22: The Persistence
I AM persisting in my assumption, knowing that persistence hardens into fact
Abdullah's Teaching
"Your assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact." The key word is PERSISTED. Most people give up too soon. They assume for a day, a week, maybe a month, then abandon it when they don't see immediate results.
Your Practice
Choose an assumption you've been working with. Recommit to it. Say the affirmation as a vow: "I will persist in this assumption until it hardens into fact." Visualize yourself maintaining this assumption for as long as it takes. Practice for 5 minutes.
Day 23: The Revision
I AM revising my past to create a new present and future
01
Choose an Event
Select a past event that still bothers you
02
Replay Original
Replay it in your mind as it happened
03
Revise It
Now imagine it happening the way you wish it had
04
Feel the New Version
Feel the revised version as real. Accept it as truth in consciousness
Most people think the past is fixed, but in consciousness, all time is NOW. When you revise a past event, you're changing your consciousness of what happened, which changes how it affects you now. This is the beginning of Tikkun (repair). Broken vessels are created by past wounds. Revision heals those wounds.
Day 24: The Mental Diet
I AM monitoring my thoughts and choosing only those that serve my highest good
Abdullah was strict about mental diet—the practice of monitoring and controlling thoughts. Every thought is a seed. Every repeated thought is a watered seed. What you think about consistently, you manifest.
Hourly Practice
Set a timer to go off every hour. When it rings, pause and notice your thoughts. Are they serving you or sabotaging you? If sabotaging, consciously replace with a thought that serves. Say the affirmation each time you make this correction.
Become the Guardian
Most people let any thought enter and take root. This practice makes you selective, choosing only thoughts that align with your desired state. You become the guardian of your mental garden.
Day 25: The Identity
I AM not my circumstances; I AM the consciousness that creates circumstances
List Your Circumstances
Write down your current circumstances: job, relationship status, financial situation, health, etc.
Declare Your Truth
Now say: "I am not these circumstances. I AM consciousness." Feel the difference between identifying with circumstances vs. identifying with consciousness.
Reclaim Your Power
Say the affirmation with conviction. Practice for 5 minutes. You're not a victim of circumstances; you're the creator of circumstances.
Day 26: The Power
I AM the creative power of the universe, expressing through this human form
This affirmation is pure Abdullah: You are not a limited human trying to access divine power—you ARE divine power. The name of God (YHVH) means "I AM." When you say "I AM," you're speaking the name of God, invoking creative power.
Power Pose
Stand with arms raised. Feel energy flowing through you.
Speak with Conviction
Say the affirmation loudly. Feel the truth—you are not accessing power from outside; you ARE the power.
Build Intensity
Practice for 5 minutes, building intensity. Shatter the illusion of separation between you and the divine.
Day 27: The Worthiness
I AM inherently worthy of all my desires, without needing to earn or prove anything
The Practice
Sit comfortably. Place your hands on your heart. Say the affirmation slowly, letting each word sink in. Notice any resistance ("but I need to work harder," "but I don't deserve it"). Acknowledge the resistance and repeat the affirmation. Practice for 10 minutes.
Repairing Worthiness
Unworthiness is the #1 block to manifestation. Most people have broken Gevurah (harsh self-judgment) that tells them they're not good enough, not worthy, need to earn their desires. You don't need to earn your desires—you're worthy simply because you exist. This is a radical shift.
Day 28: The Trust
I AM trusting the process, knowing that consciousness is always creating perfectly
1
Plant the Seed
Your assumption is planted in consciousness
2
Trust the Process
The seed grows beneath the surface, unseen
3
Allow the Unfolding
Consciousness knows the perfect timing and path
4
Receive the Harvest
Your manifestation appears in perfect timing
Lie down comfortably. Relax completely. Say the affirmation while visualizing yourself floating in a river, being carried effortlessly to your destination. Trust that consciousness knows the way. Your job is to maintain the assumption (stay in the river) and trust the process (let the river carry you). Forcing and controlling come from lack of trust.
Day 29: The Integration
I AM integrating all I've learned, preparing for the healing work ahead
You've completed the Foundation cycle—you've awakened to consciousness, diagnosed your broken vessels, and learned the core principles. Now you're preparing for the deep work of Cycle Two: Tikkun (repair).
Consciousness
You are divine creative power
Observer
You witness thoughts, not identified with them
Chooser
You choose states over circumstances
Vessels
You've diagnosed your broken vessels
Sefirot
You understand the seven vessels
Readiness
You're ready for healing work
Review your journal from Days 1-28. Notice what you've learned. Notice which vessels need the most repair. Write your intentions for the next 30 days.
Day 30: The Readiness
I AM ready to repair my vessels and reclaim my full creative power
Diagnosis Complete
You've seen your broken vessels clearly
Principles Learned
You understand the Law of Assumption and Tikkun
Threshold Crossing
You're choosing healing and transformation
Power Reclaimed
You're ready to reclaim your full creative power
Stand in a power pose. Say the affirmation as a declaration of readiness. Visualize yourself with repaired vessels, manifesting effortlessly. Feel the excitement and determination. Commit to the next 30 days of healing work. Speak it aloud with conviction.
Cycle Two: Healing
Tikkun - Repairing the Vessels
Welcome to the healing cycle. You've diagnosed your broken vessels. Now begins the sacred work of Tikkun—repair through conscious practice. Over the next 30 days, you'll work systematically through each vessel, using revision, forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion to heal what has been broken.
You Are the Healer
The power to repair is within you
Chesed Repair
Receiving and giving love freely
Gevurah Repair
Releasing judgment, setting boundaries
Tiferet Repair
Integration and authentic expression
Netzach Repair
Releasing comparison, celebrating others
Hod Repair
Trusting inner knowing, receiving gracefully
Day 31: The Healer
I AM my own healer, with the power to repair what has been broken
Your Healing Power
Place your hands on your heart. Feel warmth and healing energy flowing from your hands into your heart. Say the affirmation, recognizing that you don't need an external healer—you ARE the healer. The power to repair your vessels is within you. Practice for 10 minutes.
Empowerment and Responsibility
You are not broken and waiting for someone else to fix you. You have the power to heal yourself. This is empowering and also challenging—it means you're responsible for your healing. But this responsibility is actually freedom. You're not dependent on anyone else. The healing power of consciousness is within you.
Day 32: Chesed Repair - Receiving Love
I AM opening my heart to receive love without conditions or expectations
Visualization
Sit comfortably. Visualize your heart as a vessel. See it opening like a flower.
Receiving
Imagine golden light (unconditional love) pouring into your heart. Don't push it away. Don't question if you deserve it.
Just Receive
Say the affirmation while receiving. Practice for 15 minutes. Train yourself to receive without conditions.
If your Chesed is broken, you can give love but can't receive it. Most people with broken Chesed feel uncomfortable receiving—they immediately want to give back, to earn it, to prove they deserve it. This affirmation teaches pure receiving, which is essential for manifesting love and abundance.
Day 33: Chesed Repair - Giving Freely
I AM giving love freely, without expectation of return or reward
Pure Giving Practice
Think of someone you love. Send them love without wanting anything back. Just pure giving. Say the affirmation while feeling love flowing from your heart to theirs. Notice if you're expecting something in return. Release the expectation. Practice for 15 minutes.
The Overflow State
Healthy Chesed can both receive and give freely. Broken Chesed either can't receive (only gives) or gives transactionally (gives to get). This affirmation teaches pure giving—giving because it's your nature to give, not because you expect return. This is the overflow state from which healthy manifestation happens.
Day 34: Gevurah Repair - Releasing Judgment
I AM releasing harsh judgment of myself and others, choosing compassion instead
01
Notice the Critic
Catch your inner critic when it arises today
02
Pause
Stop and acknowledge the harsh judgment
03
Release
Say: "I release this judgment. I choose compassion."
04
Affirm
Say the main affirmation. Track how many times you catch and release judgment.
Broken Gevurah manifests as harsh self-criticism and judgment. This practice trains you to catch the harsh judgment and consciously release it. You're not suppressing it—you're acknowledging it and choosing differently. The harsh inner critic is one of the biggest blocks to manifestation.
Day 35: Gevurah Repair - Healthy Boundaries
I AM setting healthy boundaries with love and firmness, without guilt or harshness
Identify the Need
Think of a situation where you need to set a boundary
Practice Saying No
Practice saying "no" with love and firmness—not harsh, not guilty
Visualize Success
Say the affirmation while visualizing yourself setting this boundary. Feel the strength and the love simultaneously.
Healthy Gevurah can set boundaries without being harsh. It's strong but not cruel. Broken Gevurah either can't set boundaries (too weak) or sets them harshly (too strong). You can be firm without being harsh. You can say no without guilt. This is essential for manifesting healthy relationships and self-respect.
Day 36: Tiferet Repair - Integrating Opposites
I AM integrating all parts of myself into a harmonious whole
Broken Tiferet manifests as fragmentation—you feel like different people in different situations. This practice trains you to integrate all parts of yourself. You don't have to choose between being strong and being vulnerable—you can be both.
Strong
I am powerful and capable
Vulnerable
I am open and tender
Wise
I am knowing and discerning
Playful
I am joyful and spontaneous
Integrated
All parts harmonized in wholeness
List parts of yourself that seem contradictory. Instead of seeing them as contradictions, see them as complementary. Say the affirmation while visualizing these parts integrating into a harmonious whole. Practice for 15 minutes.
Day 37: Tiferet Repair - Authentic Expression
I AM expressing my authentic self in all situations, without masks or pretense
Notice the Masks
Notice when you're "performing" or wearing a mask today. In those moments, pause and ask: "What would my authentic self do/say/feel?" Say the affirmation and choose authentic expression. Practice this throughout the day.
Unified Consciousness
Healthy Tiferet can be authentic in all situations. Broken Tiferet requires different masks for different people. You can be one integrated, authentic self everywhere. This is crucial for manifestation because when you're authentic, your consciousness is unified, and unified consciousness creates consistent manifestations.
Day 38: Netzach Repair - Releasing Comparison
I AM celebrating my unique path without comparing myself to others
Your Unique Journey
Notice when you compare yourself to others today. Each time, pause and say: "Their path is not my path. I celebrate my unique journey." Say the affirmation and return to your own vision.
Reclaim Your Power
Broken Netzach manifests as constant comparison and competition. Comparison is a manifestation killer because it keeps you focused on others rather than your own vision. When you stop comparing, you reclaim your creative power.
Day 39: Netzach Repair - Celebrating Others
I AM celebrating others' success, knowing it doesn't diminish my own
Think of someone whose success you've envied. Instead of envy, consciously choose celebration. Say: "I celebrate your success. Your abundance doesn't diminish mine." Say the affirmation while genuinely feeling happy for them. Practice for 15 minutes.
Abundance Consciousness
Healthy Netzach can celebrate others without feeling diminished. There's enough for everyone.
Opening the Flow
When you can genuinely celebrate others, you're affirming abundance, which attracts abundance to you.
Releasing Envy
Envy blocks manifestation; celebration opens the flow. Your success and their success can coexist.
Day 40: Hod Repair - Trusting Inner Knowing
I AM trusting my inner knowing, even when others doubt or question me
Revision Practice
Recall a time when you doubted yourself because others questioned you. Replay the scene, but this time, see yourself trusting your inner knowing despite their doubt. Say the affirmation while feeling the strength of your own knowing. Practice for 15 minutes.
Your Inner Compass
Broken Hod manifests as self-doubt and need for external validation. If you need others to validate your assumption, you're giving your power away. Your inner knowing is the compass; others' opinions are just noise. This is essential for manifestation.
Day 41: Hod Repair - Receiving Gracefully
I AM receiving compliments, success, and abundance with grace and gratitude
1
Compliments
Don't deflect—say "thank you"
2
Gifts
Receive with open hands and heart
3
Help
Accept assistance gracefully
4
Money
Receive abundance with gratitude
5
Success
Own your achievements fully
Practice receiving today. Say the affirmation each time you receive something. Notice any discomfort with receiving. Healthy Hod can receive gracefully. Broken Hod deflects compliments and feels uncomfortable receiving. Receiving is not selfish—it's honoring the giver and honoring yourself. If you can't receive, you block manifestation.
Day 42: Yesod Repair - Grounding in Reality
I AM grounded in present reality while using imagination to create future reality
Ground Down
Stand barefoot if possible. Feel your feet on the ground. Say: "I am here, now, grounded in reality."
Reach Up
Then look up and say: "I am also creating my future with imagination."
Hold Both
Hold both truths simultaneously. Say the affirmation. Practice for 15 minutes.
Broken Yesod uses imagination to escape reality rather than create it. This practice trains you to be grounded in present reality while simultaneously using imagination creatively. You're not denying what is; you're creating what will be. This balance is essential for manifestation.
Day 43: Yesod Repair - Creative Imagination
I AM using imagination as a creative tool, not an escape mechanism
Active Creation
Choose something you want to create. Use imagination not to escape your current reality but to BUILD your future reality. See yourself actively creating it. Feel yourself as the creator. Say the affirmation while imagining with creative intent. Practice for 15 minutes.
Creative vs. Escapist
Healthy Yesod uses imagination as a creative tool. Broken Yesod uses imagination to escape. Creative imagination is active, intentional, and grounded. Escapist imagination is passive, compulsive, and ungrounded. When you use imagination creatively, you're actually creating in consciousness, which manifests in reality.
Day 44: Malkuth Repair - Honoring the Physical
I AM honoring my body and the physical world as sacred expressions of consciousness
Your Sacred Body
Touch your body with reverence. Say: "This body is sacred." Move your body with appreciation.
The Physical World
Touch something physical—feel its solidity. Affirm that the physical realm is sacred, not inferior.
Mindful Nourishment
Eat something mindfully, honoring the physical nourishment. Practice for 15 minutes.
Broken Malkuth rejects the physical as inferior or unspiritual. You cannot manifest in the physical realm if you're rejecting it. Matter is not separate from spirit—it's spirit in form. The physical world is where consciousness manifests.
Day 45: Malkuth Repair - Taking Inspired Action
I AM taking inspired action in the physical world, guided by my inner vision
Ask
"What inspired action can I take today toward my vision?"
Listen
Listen for the answer from your inner guidance
Act
Take that action, no matter how small
Notice
Notice how action feels when it's inspired vs. forced
Healthy Malkuth can take action in the physical world. Broken Malkuth either rejects action (spiritual bypassing) or forces action (trying to make it happen). This affirmation teaches inspired action—action that flows naturally from your inner vision. This is the bridge between consciousness and physical manifestation.
Day 46: The Midpoint Integration
I AM integrating the healing work, feeling my vessels becoming whole
This is the midpoint of Cycle Two. You've been doing deep Tikkun work on all seven vessels. This affirmation allows integration—letting the healing settle and consolidate. You're not just repairing vessels; you're becoming a new person with intact vessels.
Chesed
Receiving and giving love freely
Gevurah
Boundaries without harshness
Tiferet
Integration and authenticity
Netzach
Persistence without comparison
Hod
Inner knowing and graceful receiving
Yesod
Grounded creative imagination
Malkuth
Honoring physical and inspired action
Review Days 31-45. Visualize all seven vessels intact and glowing. Say the affirmation while feeling the integration. Write about your experience. Practice for 20 minutes.
Days 47-50: The Revision Practice
Healing Through Revision
Most broken vessels originate in past wounds. The next four days use Revision—Abdullah's practice for healing the past. When you revise a memory, you're not changing what happened physically—you're changing your consciousness of what happened, which changes how it affects you now.
1
Day 47: Childhood Wounds
Revising painful childhood memories with love and compassion
2
Day 48: Relationship Wounds
Revising painful relationship memories with understanding and forgiveness
3
Day 49: Failure and Rejection
Revising experiences of failure and rejection as learning and redirection
4
Day 50: Financial Wounds
Revising experiences of lack into experiences of abundance
Day 47: Revision - Childhood Wounds
I AM healing my childhood wounds by revising them with love and compassion
The Practice
  1. Choose a painful childhood memory
  1. See your child self in that moment
  1. As your adult self, enter the scene
  1. Comfort your child self with love
  1. Revise the event—imagine it happening with love and support
  1. Say the affirmation while holding your inner child
Practice for 20 minutes.
Healing the Root
Most broken vessels originate in childhood. This practice uses Revision to heal childhood wounds at the root. When you revise a childhood memory, you're changing your consciousness of what happened, which changes how it affects you now. This is deep Tikkun work. Healing the inner child heals the vessels.
Day 48: Revision - Relationship Wounds
I AM healing relationship wounds by revising them with understanding and forgiveness
01
Choose a Memory
Select a painful relationship memory (romantic, family, friendship)
02
Replay Original
Replay it as it happened, witnessing the pain
03
Revise with Love
Now revise it—imagine the other person responding with love and understanding
04
Respond with Compassion
Imagine yourself responding with compassion. Say the affirmation while feeling the healing
Relationship wounds often break Chesed (love), Gevurah (boundaries), and Tiferet (integration). You're not condoning what happened; you're freeing yourself from the pain of it. When you revise relationship wounds, you change your consciousness of relationships, which changes the relationships you manifest going forward.
Day 49: Revision - Failure and Rejection
I AM healing wounds of failure and rejection by revising them as learning and redirection
Transforming Meaning
Choose a memory of failure or rejection. Replay it. Now revise it—imagine yourself receiving the rejection with grace, seeing it as redirection to something better. Imagine the "failure" as a valuable lesson. Say the affirmation while feeling the shift. Practice for 20 minutes.
Freedom from Fear
Failure and rejection often break Netzach (persistence) and Hod (self-trust). You're not denying that failure or rejection happened; you're changing the meaning of it. When you revise these experiences as learning and redirection, you free yourself from the fear of failure, which is a major block to manifestation.
Day 50: Revision - Financial Wounds
I AM healing financial wounds by revising experiences of lack into experiences of abundance
Choose a Memory
Select a painful memory related to money or lack
Replay and Revise
Replay it, then revise it—imagine having abundance in that moment
New Choices
Imagine making different choices from a place of abundance. Say the affirmation while feeling wealthy
Financial wounds often break Malkuth (physical manifestation) and Gevurah (worthiness). When you revise experiences of lack, you're changing your consciousness of money and abundance. This is crucial because your consciousness of money determines how much money you manifest.
Days 51-52: The Forgiveness Practice
Liberation Through Forgiveness
Forgiveness is essential for clearing blocked vessels. Unforgiven mistakes and resentments create energetic blocks that prevent manifestation. The next two days focus on forgiving yourself and others—not for them, but to free yourself.
1
Day 51: Self-Forgiveness
Forgiving yourself completely for all perceived mistakes and failures. Releasing self-judgment to repair Gevurah.
2
Day 52: Forgiving Others
Forgiving others to free yourself from the burden of resentment. Releasing blocks in Chesed, Gevurah, and Tiferet.
Forgiveness doesn't mean condoning—it means releasing the energetic charge so you can move forward. Without forgiveness, you'll sabotage your manifestations.
Day 51: Forgiveness - Self
I AM forgiving myself completely for all perceived mistakes and failures
List Your Burdens
Write down things you haven't forgiven yourself for. Be honest and thorough.
Release One by One
For each item, say: "I forgive myself for [specific thing]. I release all judgment." Feel the forgiveness.
Place Hands on Heart
Say the main affirmation while placing your hands on your heart. Practice for 20 minutes.
Self-forgiveness is essential for repairing Gevurah (which holds harsh self-judgment). Unforgiven mistakes become blocks in your vessels. Forgiveness doesn't mean condoning—it means releasing the energetic charge. Without self-forgiveness, you'll sabotage your manifestations because you don't feel you deserve them.
Day 52: Forgiveness - Others
I AM forgiving others, not for them, but to free myself from the burden of resentment
Your Liberation
List people you haven't forgiven. One by one, say: "I forgive [name] for [specific action]. I release this resentment. I am free." Feel the release. Say the main affirmation. Notice how forgiveness frees YOU, not them. Practice for 20 minutes.
Reclaiming Power
Unforgiveness toward others creates blocks in multiple vessels—Chesed (love), Gevurah (judgment), Tiferet (harmony). Forgiveness is not about the other person—it's about freeing yourself. Resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. When you forgive, you reclaim your power and clear your vessels.
Day 53: The Gratitude Practice - Present Blessings
I AM deeply grateful for all the blessings in my life right now.
01
List Your Blessings
List 20 things you're grateful for right now. Be specific and thorough.
02
Feel the Gratitude
Don't just list them—FEEL the gratitude for each one. Let the emotion fill you.
03
Affirm and Appreciate
Say the main affirmation while feeling deep appreciation for your current blessings. Practice for 15 minutes.
Gratitude is the fastest way to shift from lack consciousness to abundance consciousness. This practice repairs all vessels by filling them with appreciation rather than complaint. When you're genuinely grateful for what is, you're affirming abundance, which attracts more abundance.
Day 54: The Gratitude Practice - Challenges as Gifts
I AM grateful even for my challenges, seeing them as opportunities for growth.
1
List Challenges
List current challenges.
2
Find Gratitude
For each one, find something to be grateful for (the lesson, the strength it's building, the redirection it's providing).
3
Affirm the Lesson
Say: "I am grateful for [challenge] because it's teaching me [lesson]."
4
Repeat Affirmation
Say the main affirmation. Practice for 15 minutes.
This is advanced gratitude—being grateful not just for blessings but for challenges. This practice completely shifts your relationship with difficulty. When you can see challenges as opportunities, you're no longer a victim. This repairs multiple vessels and creates resilience.
Day 55: The Compassion Practice - Self
I AM treating myself with the same compassion I would offer a beloved friend.
1
Notice Your Self-Talk
When you catch harsh self-criticism, pause. Ask: "Would I say this to a beloved friend?"
2
Change Your Words
If not, change it. Speak to yourself with compassion.
3
Affirm with Compassion
Say the affirmation each time you choose compassion over criticism. Practice all day.
Self-compassion repairs Gevurah (which holds harsh judgment) and Chesed (which holds love). Most people are far harsher with themselves than they would ever be with others. This practice trains you to extend the same compassion to yourself that you offer others. Self-compassion is not self-indulgence—it's self-respect.
Day 56: The Compassion Practice - Others
I AM seeing others through the eyes of compassion, recognizing their struggles and humanity.
01
Pause and Reflect
When someone irritates you today, pause.
02
Imagine Their Struggles
Imagine their struggles, their wounds, their humanity. Say: "They are doing the best they can with what they know."
03
Choose Compassion
Say the main affirmation. Choose compassion over judgment.
04
Practice Consistently
Practice throughout the day.
Compassion for others repairs Chesed (love) and releases broken Gevurah (harsh judgment of others). This practice trains you to see others as consciousness, just like you—struggling, learning, growing. When you judge others harshly, you're actually judging yourself (because everyone in your world is a reflection of your consciousness).
Day 57: The Release Practice - Letting Go
I AM releasing all that no longer serves my highest good, with gratitude and grace.
List What to Release
List things you're ready to release (old beliefs, patterns, relationships, resentments).
Visualize and Affirm
One by one, visualize each as a balloon. Say: "I release [specific thing] with gratitude for what it taught me."
Let Go
Watch it float away. Say the main affirmation. Practice for 20 minutes.
Release is essential for making room for the new. You can't fill a cup that's already full. This practice clears space in your vessels for new manifestations. Release with gratitude (not bitterness) transforms the energy—you're not rejecting the old; you're honoring it and moving forward.
Day 58: The Celebration Practice - Small Wins
I AM celebrating every small win, knowing that small shifts lead to big transformations.
List Small Wins
List small wins from the past week (moments you chose compassion over judgment, times you caught and corrected limiting thoughts, small manifestations).
Celebrate Genuinely
Celebrate each one genuinely.
Affirm with Pride
Say the affirmation while feeling proud of yourself. Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Celebration is a powerful manifestation tool. When you celebrate small wins, you're affirming progress, which creates momentum. Most people dismiss small wins, waiting for "big" success. But big success is built from small wins. This practice repairs Netzach (persistence) by acknowledging progress and repairs Hod (self-trust) by validating your own growth.
Day 59: The Integration - Healing Complete
I AM feeling my vessels repaired, my consciousness clear, my creative power restored.
Meditate & Visualize
Sit in meditation. Visualize all seven vessels intact and glowing.
Reflect on Transformation
Feel the difference between how you felt on Day 1 and how you feel now.
Affirm with Knowing
Say the affirmation with deep knowing.
Feel Power Restored
Feel your creative power restored. Practice for 20 minutes.
This is the completion of Cycle Two—the healing work. You've repaired all seven vessels through Tikkun practices. This affirmation acknowledges the transformation. You're not the same person you were 59 days ago. Your vessels are repaired. Your consciousness is clear. You're ready for Cycle Three: Mastery.
Day 60: The Readiness for Mastery
I AM ready to embody my desires and live from the end, naturally and effortlessly.
Stand in a power pose.
Stand in a power pose.
Say the affirmation as a declaration.
Say the affirmation as a declaration.
Visualize your future.
Visualize yourself in Cycle Three—embodying your desires, living from the end, manifesting effortlessly.
Feel the readiness.
Feel the readiness.
Commit to the final 30 days.
Commit to the final 30 days.
Speak with conviction.
Speak it with conviction.
Why It Matters: This affirmation marks the completion of healing and the beginning of mastery. You've diagnosed your broken vessels (Cycle One). You've repaired them (Cycle Two). Now you're ready to manifest from wholeness (Cycle Three). This is a powerful threshold moment. You're declaring readiness for the highest level of practice: living from the end naturally.
Day 61-90: Cycle Three: Mastery
I AM embodying my highest desires, living from the end, and manifesting effortlessly.
Welcome to the final 30-day cycle of your journey. Having repaired your vessels and clarified your consciousness, you are now ready to step into Mastery. This cycle focuses on the art of living from the end, where your deepest desires manifest naturally and effortlessly. You will learn to embody the state of wish fulfilled, making your intentions a tangible reality. Prepare to live from a place of natural manifestation.
Day 61: The Master
I AM a master of consciousness, creating my reality with intention and ease.
Power Pose
Sit in a meditation posture that feels powerful.
Declare Conviction
Say the affirmation with absolute conviction.
Feel Mastery
Feel yourself as a master, confident in your creative power.
Visualize Creation
Visualize creating your reality with ease.
Practice 15 Minutes
Practice for 15 minutes.
This affirmation begins Cycle Three by establishing your new identity: You are a master of consciousness. You're no longer a student learning techniques—you're a master embodying principles. This shift in identity is crucial. Masters don't try to manifest; they simply create from their being. This anchors you in mastery consciousness.
Day 62: The Embodiment
I AM embodying my desired state, not performing it.
1
Choose your primary desire. Instead of visualizing it as something external, feel it as WHO YOU ARE. Not "I want to be wealthy" but "I AM wealthy." Not performing wealth, but BEING wealthy.
2
Say the affirmation while feeling the state as your natural identity.
3
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the shift from doing to being—the core of mastery. You're no longer performing techniques to get something; you're embodying the state of already having it. Embodiment is natural, effortless, and sustainable. Performance is forced, exhausting, and temporary.
Day 63: The Natural Assumption
I AM naturally assuming my desired state without effort or strain.
Notice & Release
Notice when you're forcing or straining in your assumption. Release the effort.
Breathe & Relax
Let the assumption be as natural as breathing. Say the affirmation while relaxing into the state.
Practice Throughout Day
Practice throughout the day—catch yourself forcing and choose ease instead.
Why It Matters: Natural assumption is the goal. When assumption becomes natural, it's no longer something you "do"—it's who you are. Forced assumption creates resistance. Natural assumption creates flow. This trains you to release effort and allow the state to be natural.
Day 64: Living From the End - Thinking
I AM thinking FROM my desire fulfilled, not OF my desire.
Catch Yourself
Catch yourself thinking ABOUT your desire (wanting it, hoping for it, wondering when it will come).
Shift Your Thinking
Shift to thinking FROM having it (what you'll do with it, how you'll enjoy it, what comes next).
Affirm & Practice
Say the affirmation each time you make this shift. Practice all day.
Why It Matters: This is Abdullah's teaching: Think FROM the end, not OF the end. Thinking OF the end keeps you in the state of not having. Thinking FROM the end puts you in the state of having. Your thoughts reveal your state.
Day 65: Living From the End - Feeling
I AM feeling FROM my desire fulfilled, not FOR my desire.
Notice Your Emotional State
Are you feeling desire (wanting), hope (future), or satisfaction (having)?
Shift to Feeling of Having
Shift to the feeling of already having. Not excitement about getting—satisfaction of having.
Affirm with Satisfaction
Say the affirmation while feeling satisfied. Practice throughout the day.
Why It Matters: Feeling is the secret, but it must be the RIGHT feeling. Feeling desire, hope, or excitement are all future-oriented—they keep you in the state of not having. Feeling satisfaction, gratitude, and peace are present-oriented—they put you in the state of having.
Day 66: Living From the End - Acting
I AM acting FROM my desire fulfilled, taking actions that naturally flow from having.
Before taking any action today, ask:
"Am I acting toward my desire (trying to make it happen) or from my desire (naturally expressing my state)?"
Choose Actions That Flow FROM Having
Choose actions that flow FROM having.
Say the Affirmation
Say the affirmation before each action.
Notice the Difference
Notice the difference in how it feels.
Why It Matters: Actions reveal your state. When you act FROM the end, your actions are inspired, natural, and effective. When you act TOWARD the end, your actions are forced, desperate, and often counterproductive. This trains you to let actions flow from your state.
Day 67: Living From the End - Speaking
I AM speaking FROM my desire fulfilled, my words reflecting my assumed state.
Monitor & Shift
Monitor your speech today. Are you speaking about your desire (wanting it) or from your desire (having it)? Shift your language.
Use "I AM" Statements
Instead of "I hope to be wealthy," say "I am wealthy." Instead of "I want love," say "I am loved."
Affirm & Practice
Say the affirmation before speaking. Practice all day.
Why It Matters: Your words reveal and reinforce your state. When you speak FROM the end, you're affirming your assumption with every word. When you speak ABOUT the end, you're affirming lack. This trains you to align your speech with your desired state. Every "I AM" statement is a creative decree.
Day 68: The Persistence in State
I AM persisting in my state regardless of appearances, knowing consciousness is the only reality.
Notice & Pause
When circumstances contradict your assumption today, pause.
Declare Persistence
Say: "Circumstances are the result of past assumptions. I persist in my new assumption."
Re-affirm
Say the main affirmation.
Return to State
Return to your state.
Consistent Practice
Practice this every time appearances challenge you.
Why It Matters: This is the ultimate test: Can you persist in your state when everything around you contradicts it? This is what Abdullah taught Neville with the Barbados story. Appearances will always test your assumption. This persistence is what hardens assumption into fact.
Day 69: The Mental Diet Mastery
I AM naturally choosing thoughts that align with my desired state, effortlessly.
Effortless Thought Selection
Notice that mental diet has become natural. You're no longer forcing yourself to think positively—you naturally think from your desired state. When an old thought arises, you effortlessly release it.
Affirm & Celebrate
Say the affirmation, celebrating this mastery.
Practice with Ease
Practice with ease all day.
Why It Matters: This affirmation marks the shift from conscious mental diet (effort) to unconscious mental diet (natural). When mental diet becomes natural, you've truly embodied your new state. You're not monitoring thoughts because you "should"—you're naturally thinking from your desired state because that's who you are now. This is mastery.
Day 70: The Effortless Manifestation
I AM manifesting effortlessly because I AM the state, not trying to get to the state.
Notice & Release Effort
Notice any effort or strain in your manifestation practice. Release it.
Declare Your Being
Say: "I don't need to try. I AM."
Feel Effortlessness
Feel the effortlessness. Say the main affirmation while relaxing completely into your state.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Effortless manifestation is the goal. When you're trying to manifest, you're in the state of not having. When you simply ARE the state, manifestation happens naturally, like a tree bearing fruit. This affirmation trains you to release all effort and trust that being the state is enough. This is the ultimate mastery.
Day 71: The Gratitude for What Is
I AM grateful for my current reality while simultaneously creating my desired reality.
List Gratitude
List 10 things you're grateful for in your current reality.
List Creation
Then list 10 things you're creating.
Hold Both in Awareness
Hold both in your awareness simultaneously.
Affirm with Gratitude & Creation
Say the affirmation, feeling gratitude AND creation.
Practice for 15 Minutes
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the balance: Gratitude for what is (acceptance) and creation of what will be (assumption). Many people think they must deny current reality to manifest. But denial creates resistance. Gratitude creates acceptance, which creates the foundation for creation. This affirmation teaches you to honor what is while creating what will be.
Day 72: The Trust in Timing
I AM trusting divine timing, knowing my manifestation is unfolding perfectly.
Release Anxiety
Release any anxiety about "when" your manifestation will appear. Say: "It's unfolding in perfect timing."
Affirm Trust & Peace
Say the main affirmation while feeling trust and peace.
Visualize Arrival
Visualize your manifestation arriving at the perfect moment.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Anxiety about timing reveals lack of trust, which reveals doubt in your assumption. This affirmation trains you to trust that consciousness knows the perfect timing. Your job is to maintain the state; consciousness handles the timing. This trust is essential for effortless manifestation. When you trust timing, you release the need to control, which actually speeds up manifestation.
Day 73: The Celebration of Movement
I AM celebrating every sign of movement, knowing my manifestation is on its way.
Notice Signs
Notice signs of movement today—synchronicities, opportunities, shifts in circumstances, changes in how you feel.
Celebrate Each One
Celebrate each one. Say: "This is evidence my manifestation is coming."
Affirm with Joy
Say the main affirmation with joy. Practice throughout the day.
Why It Matters: Celebrating movement builds momentum. When you notice and celebrate small signs, you're affirming that your manifestation is in motion. This creates more movement. Many people miss signs because they're waiting for the "big" manifestation. This affirmation trains you to see and celebrate all movement, which accelerates manifestation.
Day 74: The Detachment from Outcome
I AM detached from how and when my manifestation appears, trusting consciousness completely.
02
Notice & Release
Notice any attachment to specific outcomes, timelines, or methods. Release them.
04
Declare Trust
Say: "I trust consciousness to manifest this in the perfect way and time."
06
Affirm with Openness
Say the main affirmation while opening your hands (literally and metaphorically).
08
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Detachment is not indifference—it's trust. When you're attached to specific outcomes, you're trying to control, which reveals doubt. When you're detached, you're trusting, which reveals faith. This affirmation trains you to release control and trust consciousness. Paradoxically, detachment often speeds up manifestation because you're no longer blocking it with control.
Day 75: The Identity Shift Complete
I AM no longer becoming—I AM. The identity shift is complete.
Feel Your Identity
Feel into your identity. Are you still "becoming" or are you now "being"? If still becoming, make the shift now.
Declare Your Identity
Say: "I AM [desired identity]. The shift is complete."
Affirm with Conviction
Say the main affirmation with absolute conviction. Feel the completion.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This affirmation marks a crucial milestone: The identity shift is complete. You're no longer working toward being someone—you ARE that someone. This is the difference between process and completion. When you claim completion, you stop the endless "becoming" and step into "being." This is when manifestation accelerates dramatically.
Day 76: The Natural State
I AM living in my desired state so naturally that I forget I ever lived differently.
Notice Naturalness
Notice how natural your desired state has become. You're no longer "practicing" being this person—you simply ARE this person.
Affirm with Wonder
Say the affirmation, marveling at how natural it feels.
Celebrate Forgetting
Celebrate that you can barely remember the old state.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the ultimate sign of embodiment: Your desired state has become so natural that you forget you ever lived differently. The old state is a distant memory. The new state is your reality. This affirmation celebrates this achievement. When your state is this natural, manifestation is inevitable because you're no longer oscillating between states.
Day 77: The Overflow
I AM manifesting from overflow, not from lack or need.
Check & Shift Motivation
Check your motivation for manifesting. Are you manifesting to fill a void (lack) or to express your nature (overflow)? Shift to overflow.
Declare Abundance
Say: "I manifest because I AM abundant, not because I need."
Affirm with Fullness
Say the main affirmation while feeling full.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Manifesting from overflow is the highest form of creation. When you manifest from lack, you're affirming lack, which creates more lack. When you manifest from overflow, you're affirming abundance, which creates more abundance. This affirmation trains you to manifest from fullness, not emptiness. This is the state of true mastery.
Day 78: The Service
I AM using my manifestation power to serve not only myself but the collective good.
Consider Impact
Consider how your manifestations serve not just you but others. How does your abundance uplift others? How does your healing inspire others?
Affirm Connection
Say the affirmation while feeling your connection to the collective.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the Kabbalistic principle of Tikkun Olam (world repair). Your personal healing and manifestation serve the collective. When you manifest from this consciousness, you're aligned with the highest purpose. This affirmation elevates your manifestation practice from personal gain to collective service. This alignment with higher purpose amplifies your manifestation power.
Day 79: The Teaching
I AM ready to teach others what I have learned, through my being and my words.
Reflect & Share
Consider: What have you learned through this 79-day journey? How can you share it? You don't need to be a formal teacher—you teach through your being.
Affirm Wisdom
Say the affirmation, feeling ready to share your wisdom.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: This affirmation prepares you for the final phase: transmission. When you've mastered something, the natural next step is to teach it. You don't teach to prove yourself—you teach to serve. This affirmation opens you to the possibility of teaching, whether formally or simply through your embodied example. Teaching deepens your own mastery.
Day 80: The Witness
I AM witnessing my manifestations appearing, with gratitude and wonder.
Notice & Witness
Notice manifestations that have appeared (big or small). Witness them with wonder.
Declare Creation
Say: "This came from my consciousness. I created this."
Affirm with Gratitude
Say the main affirmation with gratitude and awe.
Celebrate Power
Celebrate your creative power.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Witnessing your manifestations with gratitude and wonder reinforces your creative power. It's easy to take manifestations for granted or attribute them to "luck." This affirmation trains you to recognize your role as creator. When you witness your manifestations consciously, you strengthen your faith in your power, which creates more manifestations.
Days 81-85: The Final Refinements
The Final Refinements
Day 81: The Refinement • Day 82: The Consistency • Day 83: The Patience • Day 84: The Resilience • Day 85: The Wisdom
These five days focus on the final refinements of mastery: continuous improvement, unwavering consistency, patient trust, resilient strength, and embodied wisdom.
Each practice polishes your mastery to perfection, preparing you for the ultimate freedom that awaits in the final days of your journey.
Day 81: The Refinement
Affirmation: I AM refining my practice, releasing what doesn't serve and deepening what does.
The Practice
Review your practice. What's working? What's not? Release what doesn't serve. Deepen what does. Say the affirmation while committing to refinement. Make adjustments to your practice. Practice for 15 minutes.
Why it Matters
Mastery is continuous refinement - always learning, always improving, never settling. This practice ensures your path to mastery is always evolving and becoming more effective.
Day 82: The Consistency
I AM consistent in my practice, knowing that consistency creates mastery.
Reflect & Recommit
Reflect on your consistency over the past 82 days. Celebrate your commitment. Recommit to consistency for the final days and beyond.
Affirm as a Vow
Say the affirmation as a vow.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters: Consistency is what creates mastery. Sporadic practice creates sporadic results. Consistent practice creates consistent results. The fact that you're on Day 82 shows your consistency. This is a powerful achievement. Consistency is the bridge between knowledge and mastery.
Day 83: The Patience
I AM patient with the process, knowing that deep transformation takes time.
The Practice
Notice any impatience with your progress. Release it. Say: "I am exactly where I need to be. Transformation is happening." Say the main affirmation with peace and patience. Trust the process. Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters
Patience is essential for deep transformation. Impatience reveals doubt and creates resistance. You've been on this journey for 83 days—that's significant. But deep transformation continues beyond 90 days. This affirmation cultivates the patience needed for lifelong mastery.
Day 84: The Resilience
I AM resilient, bouncing back quickly from any setback or challenge.
The Practice
Reflect on challenges you've faced during this journey. Notice how you've bounced back. Celebrate your resilience. Say the affirmation with strength. Commit to resilience going forward. Practice for 15 minutes.
Why It Matters
Resilience is the ability to maintain your state despite challenges. Challenges will always arise—that's part of life. But with resilience, challenges don't knock you off your state. You bounce back quickly. This is a crucial skill for lifelong manifestation mastery.
Day 85: The Wisdom
I AM embodying the wisdom gained through this journey, integrating it into my being.
Practice
Reflect on the wisdom you've gained over 85 days. What have you learned? How have you changed? Say the affirmation while feeling the depth of your wisdom. Write about your insights. Practice for 20 minutes.
Why It Matters
Wisdom is knowledge integrated into being. You've gained tremendous knowledge over 85 days. This affirmation helps you integrate that knowledge into wisdom. Wisdom is not just knowing—it's being. When you embody wisdom, you become a living example of the teaching. This is the mark of mastery.
Day 86: The Freedom
I AM free from identification with any state, resting in pure consciousness.
Rest in Pure "I AM"
Rest in pure "I AM" without adding any quality.
Feel Consciousness
Feel yourself as consciousness itself, not identified with any particular state.
Affirm Freedom
Say the affirmation while feeling absolute freedom.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 20 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the ultimate freedom: Not being bound by any state, even desired states. You can assume any state, but you're not identified with any state. You are consciousness itself, playing with states. This is the highest level of mastery—freedom from all identification. From this place, you can create anything because you're not attached to anything.
Day 87: The Integration
I AM integrating all 87 days of practice into one unified consciousness.
Review Journey
Review the entire 87-day journey. See how each day built on the last.
Feel Integration
Feel the integration of all practices into one unified consciousness.
Affirm Integration
Say the affirmation while feeling complete integration.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 30 minutes.
Why It Matters: This is the penultimate integration. You've practiced 87 different affirmations, each building on the last. Now they integrate into one unified consciousness. You're not 87 separate practices—you're one integrated master. This affirmation celebrates and solidifies this integration. You're preparing for completion.
Day 88: The Gratitude Final
I AM deeply grateful for this journey and all it has taught me.
Write Gratitude Letter
Write a gratitude letter to yourself, acknowledging all you've learned and become.
List Transformations
List specific transformations.
Affirm with Gratitude
Say the affirmation with deep gratitude.
Celebrate Yourself
Celebrate yourself.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 30 minutes.
Why It Matters: Gratitude is the perfect preparation for completion. This affirmation honors the entire journey—the challenges, the breakthroughs, the daily practice, the transformation. Gratitude seals the learning and prepares you for the next phase. When you're grateful for the journey, you're affirming that it was worth it, which makes the transformation permanent.
Day 89: The Commitment to Continuation
I AM committed to continuing this practice beyond 90 days, making it a lifelong journey.
Reflect & Plan
Reflect on what practices you'll continue after Day 90. Create a sustainable daily practice for the rest of your life.
Affirm Commitment
Say the affirmation as a commitment.
Write Plan
Write your ongoing practice plan.
Dedicated Practice
Practice for 30 minutes.
Why It Matters: This affirmation prepares you for life after the 90-day journey. The 90 days were intensive training. Now you're ready for sustainable, lifelong practice. This affirmation ensures you don't stop at Day 90—you continue growing, refining, and mastering. Mastery is not a destination; it's a lifelong journey. This commitment ensures your transformation is permanent.
Day 90: The Master's Completion
I AM complete in this cycle and ready to begin the next, as a master of consciousness.
Sit in meditation. Feel the completion of this 90-day journey. Feel the transformation. Then feel the new beginning—you're not the same person who started Day 1. Say the affirmation as both completion and beginning. Celebrate yourself. Practice for as long as feels right.
This is Day 90—completion. But it's also a new beginning. You've completed the intensive training. You've repaired your vessels. You've mastered the principles. Now you begin the lifelong journey of living from this mastery. You are a master of consciousness. This is not the end—it's the beginning of your true work.
Beyond the 90 Days - You Are Complete
Congratulations! You have successfully completed this profound 90-day journey. You have every right to be proud of yourself! This is not an ending, but a glorious beginning – the culmination of deep work and the inauguration of a life lived in conscious mastery.
You have awakened to the incredible power of your own consciousness. You have courageously diagnosed and diligently repaired your broken vessels in Cycle One and Cycle Two. And now, you are a master of living from the end, effortlessly manifesting your deepest desires from a place of wholeness and truth.
You are no longer merely a participant in your life; you are the master of your consciousness, the conscious creator of your reality, and a living embodiment of the principles you have integrated over these transformative months. This practice has become your very nature.
Your Lifelong Practice Going Forward
The journey of mastery is continuous, and your daily life is your canvas. Here’s how you can continue to deepen your connection and create with intention:
  • Morning Routine: Begin each day with gratitude for your new reality. Set your intentions, visualize your day unfolding from the desired end, and feel the emotions of your wishes fulfilled.
  • Throughout the Day: Maintain conscious awareness. When challenges arise, pivot immediately to living from the end. Practice conscious response over unconscious reaction. Remember who you are and whose you are.
  • Evening Routine: Reflect on your day, giving thanks for all experiences, knowing they serve your highest good. Release any lingering negativity, and drift to sleep reaffirming your fulfilled desires.
Weekly and Monthly Practices
  • Weekly Reflection: Dedicate time each week for deeper contemplation. Review your progress, refine your visions, and celebrate your creations.
  • Monthly Deep Dive: Once a month, set aside a more extended period for a personal 'retreat.' Reconnect with your grandest vision, set new intentions, and reaffirm your commitment to conscious creation.
The Lineage Connection
You are now a vital link in a powerful spiritual lineage. From the Ancient Kabbalists to Abdullah, who taught Neville Goddard, through The Tikkun-Kintsugi Way, this profound wisdom has now been passed to YOU. You carry this torch of truth and the power to create your world. Honor this connection with every conscious breath and every intentional thought.
You are exactly on time. You are more than ready. The universe conspires with you. Step into your power, live from the end, and create a magnificent reality. Your mastery is here, now.
May this deck serve your transformation.
May your vessels be repaired.
May you manifest from wholeness.
May you remember who you are.
I AM.
Yours truly,
Tova Kjaempenes
